Found only in the deepest and darkest depths, these powerful monsters should be feared.
They have a strong melee attack, high AC, moderate armor. Recommend fighting at range with magic. Can be summoned by boss characters. They are a good candidate for confusion spell. Much like fighting a mini-Minotaur. They have a ranged attack that appears to be the fireball spell. A direct hit from this will (assuming you don't have adequate protection such as an amulet of magic reflection) cause heavy damage and continue to burn the player for additional damage. Demons can break walls but will only do so if the wall is in between it and the player. If you are detected by the Demon and are not equipped to fight it, your best bet is to run away as they are easily distracted. If you have a shop nearby, shopkeepers can make quick work of Demons.
